APECS
offers 8-10 week off and pre-season performance training sessions for teams interested in
gaining an edge on the competition. We take athletes through a
periodized training system to develop fundamental movement mechanics,
increase functional strength, increase total body power, and finally
increase metabolic condition. Once the team has completed the session,
our coaches will help in the design of an in-season program for the team
to ensure physical peaking at the right times.
