What you can expect from APECS
APECS will design an
individualized program based on your needs analysis obtained from a series
of biomechanical, performance, and range of motion assessments. Tests
include (depending on sport)
1. Electronic (Speed Trap II) 10, 20, 40, and 60 timing.
2. Vertical Jump testing utilizing the Vertec unit.
3. Peak Power and Submaximal Power Tests with POMS.
4. Electronic (Speed Trap II) 5-10-5 pro agility test.
5. Biomechanical Movement Evaluation.

the initial testing and screening process, one of our performance
