APECS founder and head strength coach Jason Shea is now offering consultation and program design to non-members of APECS.  From his undergrad and master’s degrees in Kinesiology and numerous certifications, to his world class tutelage through private sessions and internships (PICP Levels 1-4, Biosignature Levels 1 & 2, and PIMST) under the most highly regarded strength coach in the world, Charles Poliquin, Shea has seen a tremendous return on his and client investments. Introduction to Weight Training

Why not learn it the right way in the first place. Learning how to do train correctly the first time can save the average training  enthusiast lots of time, money, and pain. Structural balance testing, exercise technique, and correct program design are provided here.

1 hour consultation: Includes upper body and lower body structural balance testing,  interpretation of results, and 6 week program individually tailored according to your structural balance results.
