At APECS our combination of proven scientific training methods, cutting edge nutritional protocols, Biosignature Modulation, and world class equipment, all under one membership based training facility allow our clients and athletes to have the best of both worlds. They can train on the equipment their professional counterparts are using, under the watchful eye of strength coaches certified under the highly renowned (PICP) international Certification program, all for the cost of a normal monthly gym membership (1 on 1, group, and team training options are also available).

Strongman Equipment

At APECS we have one of the most complete “offerings” of strongman equipment available at any gym. All strongman training can be done inside on our 15X30 yard field turf, or outdoors on our training grounds.

  • 18 Atlas Stones: 119lbs-375lbs with 4 elevation stone platform (49”, 55”, 60.5”, 67”).

Olympic Weightlifting

At APECS our Olympic weightlifting is taught by our 30 year strength coach/Olympic lifting coach. Snatches, Cleans, Split variations, and supplementary lifts are taught. Of first priority is technique. We have 3 Olympic Platforms, 2 complete Ivanko Olympic Weightlifting sets, and one practice bumper set.

Power Racks and Squat Racks

With 5 power racks and 4 squat racks, the opportunities are endless.  With this many racks there is no/minimal waiting to get your workout in.

Power Runners

Movement specific force applied stationary sprint trainers used to increase lower body and core strength and power.

Vertimax

 The ultimate high speed training tools to increase lower body power. To maximize speed performance you need to include "Low-Load, Velocity-Specific" training!  Vertimax should be an intricate part of any athletic performance program.

Sport Specific Hammer Strength Units

2 ground based deadlift units and 1 Jammer. Designed to increase strength and power in sport.

SuperCat

Great for increasing vertical jump and lower body power (Click here for more info)

4 Functional Trainers

3 LifeFitness cable units, and 1 Cybex Unit.

Treadwall

This 6 foot wide by 11 feet tall rotating climbing wall combines aerobic conditioning with flexibility, balance, and low impact upper and lower body strength all in one piece of equipment.

Atlantis Leg Press
