Olympic Weightlifting At APECS our Olympic weightlifting is taught by our 30 year strength coach/Olympic lifting coach. Snatches, Cleans, Split variations, and supplementary lifts are taught. Of first priority is technique. We have 3 Olympic Platforms, 2 complete Ivanko Olympic Weightlifting sets, and one practice bumper set. Power Racks and Squat Racks With 5 power racks and 4 squat racks, the opportunities are endless. With this many racks there is no/minimal waiting to get your workout in.
