SuperUPZ Jumpball  

APECS is the only facility in the U.S. with the exclusive rights to use the SuperUPZ Jumpball Scientific Vertical Jump Training System. APECS has seen astonishing results in vertical jumping ability (up to 6 inch gains in 3 short months) in athletes from many different sports.

 

Vertimax 

The ultimate high speed training tools to increase lower body power. To maximize speed performance you need to include "Low-Load, Velocity-Specific" training!  Vertimax should be an intricate part of any athletic performance program. 

 

POMS (Power Output Measurement Systems)

Scientific computer system used to monitor bar speed, power output, % of best effort, and other athletic movements involving speed and power. This allows for proper maximal/sub maximal effort monitoring and fatigue management of athletes.

 

Treadwall  

This 6 foot wide by 11 feet tall rotating climbing wall combines aerobic conditioning with flexibility, balance, and low impact upper and lower body strength all in one piece of equipment.

 

Power Runners   

Movement specific force applied stationary sprint trainers used to increase lower body and core strength and power.

 

Supercat  

Great for increasing vertical jump and lower body power
