Our Adult Classes are designed for those who are looking to make a significant difference in their body composition, strength, and overall fitness level. This hour long workout is like no other. Whether it be burning stubborn fat, education on proper strength training, or strongman training for adults of all ages, APECS offers the best adult training classes in the Metrowest Boston area, Period. If you don’t believe us, feel free to try out one of our classes as first class is always free. Be sure to bring your water bottle because these classes are like nothing most people have done before.

Our classes are broken down into 3 different class types, each targeting a different training effect.
