"Honestly, there cannot be enough good things to say
about APECS. Going into my senior year now at Franklin High School I have
been training here for almost 3 years. I have been able to increase my
bench press to over 300lbs, while my chin-up technique and strength has made
drastic improvements year after year. I was able to end my junior year
without a single fumble, from the start of camp to our Thanksgiving Day
game. The instant strengthening techniques have allowed me to increase my
front squat to over 300 pounds, with proper deep squatting technique.
