APECS High School Strength and Conditioning Program

$125.00 Monthly EFT

Monday – Tuesday – Thursday: 3-4pm

Sessions will be overseen by APECS head strength coach, author, and Level IV PICP International Strength Coach Jason Shea.

Spaces are limited to 15 athletes, first come first serve. The fee is $125.00 per month, no commitment.

In this program athletes will learn the techniques and training methodologies that have made APECS a favorite referral of Doctors, Physical Therapists, Coaches, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists over the past 10 years. We take tremendous pride in this and our heavy emphasis on technical instruction, humility, and a nurturing supportive staff. As the areas longest running strength and conditioning center, APECS has had the opportunity to work with successful athletes from every sport, including:

  • 7 High School State Title Teams
  • Numerous Boston Globe Players of the Year in various sports
  • State, New England, and National Champions
  • Multiple League MVP’s in most team sports
  • League All-Stars in All Sports
  • Multiple athletes garnering Division I and Division II college scholarships in nearly all sports

What you can expect:

  • Olympic Weightlifting Technical Instruction
  • Speed and agility training
  • Technically sound conventional weight training emphasizing technique over weight
  • Modified Strongman Training
  • Sandpit training (weather permitting) on our completely private 40X100 sandpit!
  • Vertimax Training
  • Structural Balance training to decrease the risk of injury
  • Metabolic conditioning

APECS Futures Program

$125.00 Monthly EFT

Monday – Tuesday – Thursday: 5-6pm

Improving fundamental movement skills and self-confidence for athletes aged 10 to 16.

The goal of the APECS Futures programs is to provide a fun and exciting environment in which young athletes can develop their fundamental movement skills while improving self esteem. Through our world class training and education, young athletes can expect to increase self confidence while improving upon many physical skills including movement mechanics, strength and balance, reaction time, coordination, and overall fitness.

 At APECS, it is our belief is to educate and teach proper technique to athletes right from the start, as the benefits can be lifelong. Not only will this help to decrease their risk of future injury, but it will also give them a strong physical foundation upon which all other exercise and sporting movements can be developed.
